Six founding programs, open for the year ahead.
Three are taken. Three remain. This is what the next ten years looks like, if you'd like one of them.
A program on the Grand Slam cadence (four to six visits a year, full documentation, priority response) takes real time to do properly. Not the time we'd like to spend. The time it actually takes.
Six is the number of courts the three of us can carry this year without quality slipping at the seams: without a missed pre-winter audit, without a winder failing because nobody tested it in March, without a report sent late.
It isn't scarcity for its own sake. It's the honest size of what we can do well. When all six are placed, we close the program until 2027 and put new enquiries on a waitlist.
Updated as inspections complete. Suburbs only, addresses are not published. Three remain.
Each founding program is the Grand Slam cadence, with two additions reserved for this year's six only.
- 01
Four to six visits a year
Scheduled, reminded, executed. Surface, biology, hardware, lines, fence, drainage. Every visit, every discipline.
- 02
A condition report after every visit
Photographed, annotated, archived to your private dossier. You see what we see.
- 03
Priority emergency response
Inside 24 hours, ahead of the waitlist. A failed winder before a Saturday match is the case we are built for.
- 04
Annual deep rejuvenation
One full-day visit at the end of summer. The work that buys back years.
- 05
Founding-year price, held for ten years
What you pay in 2026 is what you pay in 2036. New courts onto the program in 2027 will pay more.
- 06
A founding owner's review, in year three
An honest assessment of the court's trajectory and our work. If we have not earned the next seven years, we will say so.
An honest filter, not a sell. The program works best for owners who match most of these.
The court is played most weeks, not occasionally.
You think of it as a ten-year asset, not a five-year one.
You'd rather be told the truth about a fault than reassured around it.
You're comfortable with a contractor who will tell you the work isn't needed.
Documentation matters to you, for the property, for insurance, for the next owner.
You'd like to think about your court a great deal less than you do now.
If two or three of these don't quite fit, the Annual program is almost certainly the better answer. We will tell you so on the inspection.
- i.
A 45-minute inspection.
We visit the court, photograph every element, and take measurements. No quote on the day. We do not believe in standing-on-the-court pressure.
- ii.
A written report, within 48 hours.
An honest assessment of where the court is, what it needs, and whether the founding program is the right answer for it. Sometimes it isn't.
- iii.
A conversation, on your time.
If we both think it's a fit, we'll send the agreement and book the first visit. If not, the report is yours to keep. No follow-up, no nudges.
- iv.
First visit, within four weeks.
Once placed, the slot is yours. We close the program, update the ledger, and start work.
If you've read this far, you're probably one of the six. The inspection takes forty-five minutes and costs nothing. After that, you'll know, and so will we.
